सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 4 सितंबर 2025 को दिया गया अपना ऐतिहासिक निर्णय में स्पष्ट कर दिया कि अब Anand Karaj विवाह पंजीकरण पूरे भारत में अनिवार्य होगा। यह फैसला न केवल सिख समुदाय के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है बल्कि भारत की संपूर्ण विवाह पंजीकरण व्यवस्था और नागरिक अधिकारों के लिए एक मील का पत्थर साबित हुआ है।
